Toward a 48-hour recovery
Take the 30-minute questionnaireWelcome

Dear Doctor,
Before you read anything else, I want you to hear this from me.
I have been a plastic surgery patient myself. I know what the first hours after surgery feel like: the swelling, the uncertainty, the questions at two in the morning with no one there to answer them. That experience is why I built ELIXIR MD INC, and it is why I am taking this next step.
My goal is simple and ambitious: to help patients heal and feel like themselves again within 48 hours.
Getting there will not come from one device or one protocol. It will come from understanding each patient far better than we do today, before surgery and after it, and from turning that understanding into care your team can act on.
That is why I am asking you. You see recovery every day. You know what genuinely helps and what is noise. Before we build anything, I want your honest view: where follow-up breaks down, what you would trust, and what it would be worth to your practice.
The questionnaire takes about 30 minutes. Nothing you say will be attributed to you by name, and every participating surgeon will receive a summary of what we learn.
Thank you for helping us find the best way to heal patients faster.

The idea
Learn each patient's own normal, so recovery is measured against them, not against an average.
The hours that set the course of recovery, and the hours with the least visibility today.
A personal recovery path between visits, so fewer surprises reach the clinic.
To us, real biohacking means measured, evidence-led recovery: each patient compared with their own baseline, judged by surgeons, and proven before it is promised.
Why you
The cheapest moment to get something wrong is before it exists. Your answers decide what we build, and what we don't.
You know the gaps between visits, the calls that come too late and the work that lands on your staff.
Only surgeons can tell us what a better recovery is worth to a practice, and who should pay for it.
The study
About 30 minutes, online at your own pace, in seven short sections. A call is also possible if you prefer to talk it through.
Nothing is attributed to you by name, and we never ask for any patient-identifiable information.
Every participating surgeon receives a summary of what twenty leading surgeons told us.
Surgeons who are interested will be invited to a small study next year. There is no obligation.
